C.S Howard Sign Erecting was established in 1987 by Colin Howard who saw a need for this specialist service. The cost to Estate Agents of employing someone to erect their signs and the running of a van etc. could be incorporated by one van and one driver covering a number of Estate Agents within any one town. We now have 10 vans on the road servicing the needs of Estate Agents & Property Management Agents. To provide a reliable service to our customers our vans are always less than 3 years old.

In 1998 the company expanded it’s client base to include New homes Builders, erecting site boards, flagpoles, arrow boards and AA style Direction Signs. We have 2 vans dedicated to the maintenance of direction signs, to the Marketing Suite on New Homes Sites. Whilst on site we will change any dirty or torn flags.

The emphasis has always remained on quality of service, and with this the company was asked to join The Guild of Master Craftsmen in 1994.

C.S Howard Sign Erecting now covers the needs of over 340 Estate Agents whether they are Multi Office National Estate Agents, Independent Single Office Agents or Local Agents with two or three offices every order for every board is actioned within two working days.
